Removal of a preprint

I recently published a preprint of a meta-analysis we have been working on for a long time.

I did not announce it widely, because I was about to submit it to a journal and I was hesitant on how they would take it. I was apparently right, because they now required me to remove the preprint because it violates their strict double blind review policy. It’s gone now and I don’t know when it will be back up. For the same reason it’s gone from my publication list as well.

I don’t name the title here because I was requested to remove the “online presence” of said manuscript, so I’m trying to make it harder for the reviewers to google it. If you do know what I’m talking about, though – maybe because you were one of the researchers we contacted during the data collection process and were looking for it by my name (the title is very close to another publication I have in my list) – you can request the preprint from me personally.
